Bacon Onion Compote Burger
  • Bacon Onion Compote (recipe above)
  • ¼ lb. of 80/20% ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • (optional) 1 slice cheese of choice.
  • (optional) Arugula
  1. Heat cast iron skillet on medium high.
  2. Place formed patty in skillet
  3. Cook on one side until there is a good char.
  4. Flip the burger and continue to cook.
  5. Once cooked, let the burger rest a minute
  6. Assemble burger with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
