I was distracted by wondering if I had enough ricotta cheese and forgot to add center layers to my lasagna, so I called the end result “lazy lasagna.” Luckily it still tasted really good!
And yes, that is my favorite Le Creuset dish again!
For the sauce, I used a combination of browned ground sirloin and turkey, onions, garlic, black olives, mushrooms, bell pepper, oregano, basil, and of course, tomatoes! Other than that, I used a standard back-of the-pasta box recipe. Next time I need to remember to add more layers!
