Le Creuset Stoneware Love Affair

I received some Le Creuset stoneware baking dishes a few years ago, and since then, I have been hooked.  My “collection” has now grown to 11 pieces:

Le Creuset Cookware

I LOVE them because I have been able to cook just about everything with them, and the results are always fantastic, whether I use them for baking brownies or casseroles, or even broiling steak.  And they are super easy to clean, which is great for me since I live in a small apartment without a dishwasher.   Here is a chicken I roasted the other day in a large oval dish I found on sale last October:

And here is what my Le Creuset dish looked like after clean-up:

Almost as good as new!  I love this dish so much I even used it to make lasagna a few days later.

Both are great meals for warming up in cold weather!

About T

Greetings! I am one of the West Coast representatives of Cast Iron and Wine, originally from PA, but residing in beautiful Southern California for more than a decade. I am a life-long adventurous eater and cooking enthusiast, and I am fortunate to be located close to a number of farmers' markets, specialty markets, and ethnic grocery stores, where I can almost always find something new (to me!) to try. Cooking and creating in the kitchen make me ridiculously happy, and while my creations might not always be a raging success, I always have fun!
